She started her career working for an innovation and strategy agency working with the likes of Adidas and L’Oréal. She spent 2 formative years living in Mumbai at the start of SupplyCompass, visiting hundreds of factories and suppliers across the country. She remains passionate about harnessing the power of technology to encourage better collaboration, drive efficiency and make sustainable production accessible to fashion brands and supply chains across the globe.

Sandra Capponi · Co-Founder of Good On You
Sandra Capponi is the co-founder of Good On You, the #1 sustainability ratings and discovery platform for fashion. Since 2015, Good On You has rated over 2,500 brands for their impact and empowered millions of people to buy better. Good On You works closely with industry players—from emerging designers to global retailers like Farfetch—to help them assess, source and market sustainable brands. With years of experience in corporate social responsibility, Sandra has long been concerned with sustainability and supply chain issues in big business. She started Good On You because she sees huge potential in using people’s purchasing power to drive industry change.

Tom Berry · Global Director Sustainable Business at Farfetch
Tom has been working with companies on strategy and sustainability for the past 20 years. He now leads the Sustainable Business agenda at Farfetch. The work ranges from driving innovation in new circular business models, inspiring and engaging our customers to buy better products, and improving the carbon impacts in the supply chain. Before specialising in sustainability, Tom spent 3 years as a strategy consultant at Gemini Consulting.
