"Our global society is not sustainable. We all know about the challenges we're facing: waste, climate change, resource scarcity, loss of biodiversity. At the same time, we want to sustain our economies and offer opportunities for a growing world population. This course is about providing solutions we really believe in: a Circular Economy" The open access online course is presented by TU Delft and was co-created with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for Sustainability to explore the circular economy and rethink current systems for positive change. A flexible self-learning pace is delivered as the entire course content is accessible from week one. With the option to pay for a verified learning certificate, the course is otherwise free and available to any individual around the world – which makes for interesting discussions throughout the course as global perspectives are shared between learners.
